COMMISSION WORK

 General Terms

🌿I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

🌿I do not create artwork involving hateful, discriminatory, bestiality or persons / characters under the age of18.

🌿All artwork is for personal use only.

🌿I work best when i have room for creativity as super on point requests tend to get very complicated and therefore far further from my style of art. Providing inspiration pictures such as image, emotion, moods or references are highly recommended to help me get closer to your vision whilst allowing me to get inspired.

🌿My style is semi realism with a more lean to animal proportions, i work with warm or muted colours to which this can affect your characters colour pallet. Please see my artworks before commissioning me as i don't sway from my style to which i would suggest you find someone who fits your vision better.

🌿Please be advised your characters proportions can change to fit my style of a more cartoonish animal such as different arms shapes, legs, head, body structure. I tend to draw animals semi anthropomorphic with a big lean to more animal looking features over human designs, so if your character has a more human style expect changes to fit my style better.

🌿I mainly work in SFW (PG13) but accept NSFW (18+) content such as Gore or Adult content, if you are interested in this a picture of you next to your ID card with the current date must be provided in order to prove you are over the age of 18 otherwise your request will be rejected.

 Payment

🌿Payment is required upfront before work begins. Only a split payment can be made if the price is above $150 to which 50% will be taken, i will only complete a sketch until the final payment is complete to which i shall finish the rest of the artwork.

🌿I accept payments via PayPal or Square if in person.

​

🌿Prices are listed in AUD, and may vary depending on complexity of request and or character.

🌿If something is to be shipped such as a traditional work postage must be paid for before the item is to be sent to the post office.

 Process & Revisions

🌿I will provide updates throughout the creation process (e.g., sketch, linework, color).

🌿Minor revisions are allowed at each stage and only large changes are to be made in the sketching phase unless it is a mistake on my half to which i will change no charge.

🌿Excessive changes may incur additional fees to which i can accept or decline.

​

🌿I kindly ask that you consider my perspective when edits are requested after a stage has already been approved. Moving forward in the process only to be told major or small changes especially due to missed details or unspoken expectations can be disheartening and time-consuming. Clear and honest feedback at each stage helps ensure we’re both on the same page and that you get exactly what you are looking for.

🌿Turnaround time depends on complexity and queue position — this will be communicated clearly before payment.

🌿Digital commissions can range between 2 - 5 days depending on the work load of the request but be sure that i will communicate with you on when I'm working and when i have finished for the day. Traditional commissions can range from 2 -5 days depending on what needs to be done which will be communicated with the customer before purchase.

🌿The maximum time i will spend on a commission is 2 weeks so you can rest easy knowing there is a deadline per customer, the only time it would reach past is through communicating with the customer for an extension due to workload or something personal such as health or life matters.

🌿Once the artwork is finished and you have approved of the final work i will not make edits or changes, If the fault is on my side and it was written down as proof of word then i will change what needs to be fixed but unless written proof is shown i will not go back once finished.

 Cancellations & Refunds

🌿If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be given.

🌿I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a full refund if necessary.

🌿Once the commission has been finished a refund cannot be made.

🌿Partial refunds may be considered only if the client decides to cancel the commission politely before the final artwork is delivered but not after.  A partial refund covering only the parts of the commission that have not yet been completed will be refunded. I will retain payment for any work already finished, as compensation for time and effort already invested.

🌿If a client violates my Terms of Service or engages in unprofessional, abusive, or disrespectful behavior, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. In such cases, a partial refund will be issued, covering only the parts of the commission that have not yet been completed.  Usage & Copyright

🌿I retain all rights to the artwork and may post it in my portfolio or on social media including WIPs (work in progress) unless otherwise agreed upon.

🌿Clients may repost their commissioned piece with proper credit.

🌿You may not edit, claim as own, trace, or use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or commercial use without permission.

🌿You may not profit from, reproduce, alter, or redistribute the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, advertising, promotional material, etc.) without my written permission.

🌿You may share the commissioned work for personal use (e.g., profile pictures, non-monetized posts), as long as clear credit is given.

🌿Watermarks may not be removed, cropped out, or edited under any circumstance.

🌿Clients may not hire another artist to replicate, trace, or recreate my work in any way, this is considered art theft and a violation of my rights.

🌿I reserve the right to publicly blacklist clients who violate these terms and will take action to protect my work if necessary.

🌿My work is protected by standard copyright law.

 Communication

🌿All communication should be respectful and go through official channels (email, contact form, or social media DMs).

🌿Harassment or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

🌿Please provide detailed and honest feedback at each stage of the commission. This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures the artwork meets your expectations.

🌿Timely responses are appreciated. If you need more time to reply, please let me know to keep the process moving smoothly.

🌿I will update you regularly throughout the process and notify you of any delays.
